atticus (worsen); is kind of a douchebag? he is, technically, an occultist who specializes in 'memory working'. it's basically memory manipulation, but through magic and lots of ritualistic mumbo-jumbo. he used to have a stall in the market to sell his services, whether it was for you to forget a painful memory or your wife to forget your fight from the morning before, or even something like making you remember a family holiday where you were the happiest you'd ever been except that it never happened.

he was really successful, but that was all before he'd gotten addicted to magic. (the raw stuff, mind; not the actual act. like, "innate talent", i guess?) nowadays he's kind of... at the bottom of the barrel and well on his way to hitting rock bottom, since his previous memory workings actually rely on him keeping his, like, general being intact, and with being so addicted to magic it kind of short-circuits his own. that doesn't mean he's quite so defenseless, though. he can still rip your consciousness to shreds. which is, essentially, the only reason why he's not dead. so. angry people? or. angry customers? or sad customers?? idk. come at me?
