ulé | tendrils

ulé is one of ishtar's younger daughters and, when she is not working, is often left in charge of whatever siblings are unable to take care of themselves (babies, hatchlings and the like). this, coupled with the fact that ulé has been just recently been put into 'circulation' means that she remains less jaded and much softer than her older siblings (and, in many ways, still retains the naiveté that has long since disappeared in the others).

a half-bred from a monster that comes from a dark world between worlds, ulé is chtuluesque in nature. prolonged exposure to her causes paranoia and madness and in her huge mass of curly hair and under the frilly skirts of her dress, she has more than a few tentacles hidden. she is notoriously difficult to kill (something which makes her very popular with a particular crowd), though press ulé's buttons wrong and you may find yourself throttled and strung up by your neck by one of her numerous apendages. looking for just general acquaintances in the market (you'd' see her running around with small monster children or pushing around a basinette with an unnervingly shadowed basket), clients of either her or her siblings, and specifically someone who works security detail for ishtar's various establishments (ESSENTIALLY A BODYGUARD TYPE).

can q and her be fraaaands? he can show her card-tricks and teach her sleight of hand (which she will no doubt be excellent at because appendages?) it might need a lot of manipulation, but i imagine because of his probability deal he could maybe make it so that the paranoia + madness side-effect of her company is less, for him?
